Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Voltshire. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested outside this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection.

Return Costs & Conditions

  • If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, redelivery charges will apply.

  • In most cases, we provide a prepaid return label via Royal Mail.

Lost Returns

Please keep your return tracking number and a photo of your courier receipt until your return is confirmed.
We cannot issue refunds for items that are not safely received.

If tracking confirms delivery but the item cannot be located, we can open a claim on your behalf with the courier.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging condition.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not qualify for a refund.

If the original packaging is lost or Damaged an additional £10 packaging fee will apply.

Packaging Your Return

Please pack your return carefully:

  • Use a cardboard box

  • Include a note with your order ID

Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Change of Mind & Damaged Items

  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or faulty items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may be lost and will not be refunded.
