Returns:

Jaw Advancement
The upper and lower trays hold the lower jaw slightly forward, which helps keep the airway open and reduce snoring.
10-Level Micro Adjustment
Increase the advancement one step at a time until you find the setting that's comfortable and effective for you.
Custom Mouldable Fit
The soft EVA lining softens in hot water so you can mould it to your teeth for a secure, pressure-free fit.
How to Fit Your Optego Anti Snore Mouthpiece
- Place the mouthpiece in hot water (85°C or above) for 15–20 seconds until the EVA softens.
- Bite into it firmly to create an impression of your teeth.
- Let it cool and set before use.
Cleaning and Care
Clean daily with an antibacterial solution and lukewarm water for about 2 minutes, then allow to air dry completely. Remove for meals.
